CAMCLUE
Terms of Use
Effective July 17, 2026
Agreement and license
By downloading, purchasing or using CamClue, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app. CamClue is licensed—not sold—to you for personal or internal authorized use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules and applicable law.
What CamClue is—and is not
CamClue is an inspection aid that organizes signals from local-network discovery, Bluetooth, camera-based optical checks, magnetic sensors and optional Room Map coverage. Results are clues, not proof.
Walls, radio conditions, permissions, hardware limits, hidden or powered-off devices, reflections, magnets and ordinary electronics can cause missed detections or false positives. A low-risk result does not certify a room, device or network as safe.
Authorized and lawful use
You may inspect only spaces, devices and networks you own or have clear permission to inspect. You are responsible for consent, notices, access rules and all applicable privacy, surveillance, computer-access, tenancy, workplace and recording laws.
Do not use CamClue to enter accounts or systems, intercept communications, identify or harass a person, evade security, or interfere with equipment. Do not dismantle, disable or confront anyone about a suspected device; preserve safety and contact the venue owner or appropriate authority when necessary.
Permissions, availability and compatibility
Some features require Local Network, Bluetooth, Camera or Motion permission, nearby radios, Wi-Fi connectivity, or compatible hardware such as LiDAR. Apple and iOS may limit what identifiers and services are visible. Features can therefore be unavailable or incomplete even when the app works as designed.
CamClue Pro plans
CamClue currently offers two auto-renewable subscription tiers: a weekly subscription and a yearly subscription. There is no lifetime or one-time unlock.
The App Store purchase sheet controls the final localized price, currency, tax, availability and billing period shown before confirmation. If that sheet differs from descriptive text in the app, the App Store sheet governs the transaction.
Yearly trial, renewal and cancellation
The yearly plan includes a 3-day free introductory trial only for Apple IDs that Apple confirms are eligible. If Apple does not confirm eligibility, CamClue shows the paid yearly offer without trial language.
At the end of an eligible trial, the yearly subscription renews at the displayed annual price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation and renewal.
Cancel in iOS via Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CamClue, or open App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore, billing and refunds
Use Restore Purchases in CamClue after reinstalling or moving to another device with the same Apple Account. Apple controls purchase records, payment methods, eligibility, cancellation and refunds. Contact Apple for billing or refund requests; CamClue cannot directly charge, cancel or refund an Apple transaction.
Local content, exports and responsibility
History and Room Map work locally as described in the Privacy Policy. You decide whether to export a report and where it goes. You are responsible for reviewing exports, protecting sensitive location or network information, and having authority to share it. Keep your own copy of anything you need; app updates, deletion, storage pressure or device failure can remove local content.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not reverse engineer, bypass purchase checks, redistribute, resell or create unauthorized derivative versions except where law expressly permits.
- Do not use results to threaten, defame, discriminate against or falsely accuse anyone.
- Do not overload networks, probe beyond the app’s intended checks, or use CamClue for unauthorized surveillance or computer access.
- Do not represent CamClue as an emergency service, professional security audit, legal opinion or forensic certification.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamClue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that every device or risk will be found, that every clue is accurate, or that service will be uninterrupted. You remain responsible for physical safety and professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandasroom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use, inability to use, reliance on results, or actions taken by you or others. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Intellectual property, changes and contact
CamClue, its interface, text, code and branding remain the property of Pandasroom or its licensors. We may update the app or these Terms for legal, safety, platform or product reasons. Material revisions will change the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
